We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Marketing Operations Manager to lead and develop scalable programmers and processes for our demand generation activities. This role is an engaging and hands-on role, and the Marketing Operations Manager is an individual who is highly capable of operating and excelling at the strategic and tactical positions. Responsibilities: Digital campaign strategy, execution and tracking Digital campaign asset production, testing and optimization Marketing & market research Product concept development Copywriting Design Advertising and promotion Digital Sales Desired skills: Proactive and self-motivated. Able to work magic within a range of budgets including shoestring/none. Leadership skills; ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the business Analytical skills: unravelling and proactively solving business process issues Tech-savvy, and totally comfortable spending large amounts of time on a laptop. Great with numbers and friends with data, able to interrogate the figures to spot where we should be focusing our time and energy. Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Curiosity about marketing technology and learning industry best practices (inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation etc.). Based on the results of the internship, the best project participants may be given employment. Internship takes at least 6 months (no more 20 hours per week). This is a remote job, so students don’t need to work in office and could pick any comfortable place and time to work. The salary could be discussed.
