Crisp Moderators are responsible for the accurate and timely monitoring and moderation of user generated content in line with client guidelines and community strategies in order to protect client brand reputation and maintain an engaging and safe environment for users.
Review and accurately classify the nature of user generated content uploaded to social media apps and sites.
Escalate issues as outlined by client guidelines to senior moderation staff.
Feedback insight on emerging trends in content to senior moderation staff.
Review moderated content and provide sentiment insight.
Ad hoc translations of Dutch content into English.
Fluent in Dutch language
Proven moderation experience of 1+ years or 2+ years’ experience in customer service is desirable, but social media savvy individuals with excellent communication skills also considered
Good operational knowledge of common social media sites and online slang
Ability to apply nuanced written guidelines to real-word moderation situations
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and overnights
General computer literacy
Strong team work ethic
