What does the role involve?
The role involves accurately transferring data from an existing system to a new Client Relationship Management System (CRM), working independently to help the Leeds Institute of Textile and Colour to smoothly transition between software. You will be given training as an introduction to the software and an induction to the office where you will be based. It would be advantageous to have previous experience using or setting up a CRM.
Key duties:
· Accurate inputting of data to a new software system
· Independently working to cross check and update old details in existing records.
· Passing gained knowledge of CRM onto other department members.
