THE EMPLOYER Located at the heart of campus, The Refectory is a contemporary venue for all sorts of catering functions and offers a wide range of hot and cold foods every day for students at the University of Leeds and beyond. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE? The role involves providing part-time casual Catering Assistants for The Refectory, to work around 25 - 35 hours per week. There are 2 positions available. KEY DUTIES: Deliver excellent customer service ensuring prompt and polite service to all our visitors. Cash handling includes ordering of change and balance of floats. Make sure there is adequate stock in your area and top up where necessary, being mindful of stock rotation. Help with serving and handling food and drinks. Keep the area clean and tidy at all times.
