Joblink   are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a department of  The University of Leeds   Responsibilities   Work with a cross-functional team to complete the discovery and categorisation of University extensions/DDIs based on an existing set of business use cases to determine the high level approach for telephony migration for each category of use case. Carrying out administrative tasks to support the migration of our telephony systems to Teams Voice.  Managing and organising documentation, ensuring compliance with GDPR and findability by colleagues.  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify extensions to migrate/not to migrate and provide justification. Collect and compile data from several different sources and follow internal processes for data validation in excel.  Keep up-to-date record of UoL extensions/DDIs, their endpoint devices and types, migration status and use case categories....
