Key Duties/Responsibilities: Handling inbound telephone calls. Respond to written customer queries & complaints coming via our websites and social channels. We are currently looking for students who are able to support the University’s Admissions Office activities over Confirmation & Clearing. This is to help us on A-level Results Day and on some days of the period before and after (19th July, then various dates between 18th August – 26th August).   Last year’s helpers told us how much they enjoyed talking to applicants on their results day and helping them make choices about their university career.
