This role is full time and temporary initially for 3 months.
Main duties will include:
- Assisting the team by providing general administrative support for a range of areas as demand requires;
- Responding efficiently and professionally to enquiries or requests for information via telephone and email;
- Using your initiative to solve straightforward problems, following procedures and seeking further information as required;
- Accurately recording and maintaining information using University systems
- Organising and coordinating meetings using MS Teams and other video conferencing systems
You will need:
to be an experienced user of MS Teams and understand its full functionality
to be able to work through tasks with minimal supervision
use initiative to solve problems
be a good communicator, working collaboratively with the rest of the team
Hours:
35 hours per week. Remote working.
