Chilled Agency are looking for friendly, organised and confident people to oversee our Candy Cane Club Grotto for Christmas 2024 in Leeds city centre. Event Staff will: - Ensure The Grotto is neat and tidy - Check in guests on our booking system - Encourage walk in customers throughout the day - Welcome guests into The Grotto - Oversee guests meetings with Santa, preparing him with guest info & taking guests photographs - Print guests photos with Santa. Some technical knowledge/capabilities are required for this (Training will be provided). The activation is live on select dates between 23/11/24 and 24/12/24. The successful candidates will share responsibility to ensure the event is staffed for each day. Previous events experience is preferred, but not essential. A great personality is a must!

Student Ambassadors perform a vital role at in-person and virtual events throughout the year to assist visitors with all aspects of their visit. Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring that visitors to the University receive a high quality and enjoyable experience.
