Chef

We are recruiting Chefs for various roles in preparation for the 2022 season.

This is an exciting and fast paced-role in a thriving and busy environment.

If you have a passion for food, enjoy delivering a great product and are looking for a role that will allow you to explore a variety of events and career opportunities, then you could be the ideal candidate for this exciting position.

As a chef: you will be able to work independently or as part of a team whilst ensuring you adhere to food, health and hygiene regulations.

You will be required to have:

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking and serving
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good knowledge of food
• Excellent understanding of allergens and food safety
• An awareness of current industry trends
• A passion for food and service
• Be over 18 years old
