The successful candidate will be able to achieve a stable rate of attendees to the programme and support and motivate members to have a secure open forum to discuss mental health and wellbeing issues and making positive changes to their lives. The peer support mentor will facilitate the sessions whilst keeping members safe, information confidential and ability to empower members to participate during the group session.
