JOB TITLE: COMMUNITY MANAGER (DUTCH SPEAKING)

HOURS: 5-10 PER WEEK
Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Dutch speaking Community Manager to join us on a temporary basis to join our busy Community Team. Reporting to the Senior Community Manager, this role will involve assisting with an online lifestyle community aimed at 16 – 19-year old’s that we run on behalf of our client. Your role involves speaking online to community members, generating ideas for content and helping members with any questions they may have.
You will be also be required to moderate discussion rooms, respond to member enquiries via email and assist in some translation tasks.
This role is home-based, and you would be required to use your own computer for this work (which we will need to check meets our relevant security and GDPR checks). The hours of work vary and are usually between 5 and 10 hours each month and can be completed at a time of your own choosing. Full training will be provided.
You will have excellent communication skills, can think creatively and ideally you have some experience of writing online (e.g. blogs, social media or online publications).
We are looking for a native level (C2) speaker of Dutch, ideally having been based in Belgium, or familiar with dialects spoken throughout Belgium.
Great customer service skills are essential in this role and any experience in market research and online communities is desirable.
