We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who speaks fluent Italian and English, to provide professional and friendly service to our customers via email and social media chat. This person must have a passion for helping others and be able to remain calm under pressure. We are looking for someone who is available part time. (With the option of working during weekends and evening hours)
This job requires:
- Excellent writing skills in Italian and English (If you are not Italian you will need to speak, read and write Italian like a native speaker)
- Good interpersonal skills and perfect logic
- Dynamic, autonomous person with a sense of customer service
- Perfect command of basic computer tools and the Internet
- Experience in Customer Service in a fast-paced environment In your application, please provide a brief summary of your experience in Italian. Please note that the recruitment process will be entirely in Italian, and that a language test is part of the recruitment process. This job can be done remotely, however full training on our products as well as our Customer Service processes will be given at our premises (Leeds center).
