We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and hardworking part time Balloon Gifts Assistant to join us. As Balloon Gifts Assistant, you’ll work as part of a small busy team, assisting with customer enquiries, processing orders and creating balloon gifts in preparation for dispatch for our Balloon In A Box (www.ballooninabox.co.uk) and Balloons By Post (www.balloonsbypost.co.uk) service. You’ll also help to dispatch orders for our Balloon Helium (www.balloonhelium.co.uk) website.
No direct experience of the balloon and party industry is required, but the successful candidate must be hard working, quick to learn, energetic and able to work independently with good attention to detail. Experience in the customer service, retail or party industries would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given with opportunities for further development.
The successful candidate would be required to work 2 days per week on Thursday and Friday 9.30am-5.30pm. Additional hours may become available in 2021. Salary is £17,056-£18,137 per annum pro rata. You will also receive holiday pay.
