As a key member of the telemarketing team, you will work proactively to generate positive results for local government. Particularly now, we are working with several public sector bodies to help businesses and support them following the affects of Covid-19 and the EU Transition. You will be speaking directly to key decision makers over the phone to gather their opinion and feedback. This will help shape public policy and uncover any growth issues that businesses may be experiencing. All of which is then fed back to local government across the UK.
The role on offer is diverse and gives you the chance to get your hands dirty and really get stuck in on different projects such as lead generation, customer satisfaction telemarketing, data cleanse and key account mapping exercises. Progression is available to those that show willingness, drive and enthusiasm which can lead to roles such as key account management dealing directly with clients and managing expectations.
Blueberry are keen to attract individuals that have a flair for gathering insights, an interest in understanding the commercial environment and want to work within a growing business that actively encourages the sharing of ideas. Whether you have prior sales experience or knowledge of the commercial world or not, we would like to hear from you. Hands on training will be provided for candidates that can demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and commercial acumen. A passion for achieving results, advanced communication and organisational skills are essential.

Hourly Rate: £7.50 - £10 depending upon experience (plus commission on specific campaigns)
You would be required to work from the city center office for initial shifts but then you would be given the necessary training to work from home.
