Job Description/Duties

ROLE PURPOSE

The Associate Accounts Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency and continuous improvement of our account management processes. As the volume and complexity of accounts continue to scale, this role ensures that our systems and procedures remain robust, responsive, and aligned with the evolving needs of the business.

This position is primarily focused on the timely and accurate provisioning of account resources, seamlessly integrating them into our systems to meet internal objectives and external demands. By maintaining a high standard of execution, the Associate ensures that the business can deliver on its strategic initiatives without delay, while upholding our reputation for operational excellence.

A key responsibility of the role is maintaining the quality and integrity of account configurations, preventing resource wastage and ensuring a reliable, high-performance service. The role also requires the application of specialist knowledge and adaptability to apply flexible solutions when exceptions arise, contributing to the overall resilience and scalability of our operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to the core responsibilities outlined below, the Associate Account Specialist may be
required to support additional projects, initiatives, and other business areas as requested by
management.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to internal stakeholder queries.

Accurately add and configure all accounts within the system, ensuring alignment with
business requirements.

Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on both speed
of delivery and quality of output.

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational
efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain high data quality standards by resolving discrepancies and conducting regular
accuracy checks.

Monitor and manage resource pools across all outlets to ensure capacity meets business
demands.

Collaborate with and provide support to other subdivisions within the Accounts team,
promoting a cohesive team environment.

Execute regular diagnostics and health assessments of the execution platform to ensure
sustained optimal performance and functionality.

Undertake any other duties that are reasonable and necessary to support the success of the role and the wider team.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A-levels (or equivalent) in Maths and Science are preferred.

A degree-level education is highly desirable.

A strong interest in sports, particularly football, tennis and US Sports, is advantageous.

Familiarity with sports betting platforms and websites is preferred, though not essential.

Knowledge of different geographic betting market segments is preferred, though not
essential.

Experience with bespoke computer systems is advantageous.

Proficiency in Python (Pandas), Mongo database, My SQL database (Structured Query
Language) syntax is highly beneficial.
