'I really got out of my comfort zone doing the work trip solo. I was so nervous before but ended up chatting to a group (some from joblink some from other festival companies) and camped in a big group. We did a trip to the seaside and saw lots of music so bonded really well. It felt really special to have the opportunity to work whilst making these new connections'
'I've made 3 new best friends and I'm so grateful to have met them everyone was so amazing'
