What does the role involve?
Working as part of the Sales and Operations Planning team (S&OP), you will use your analytical skills to support plans and strategies to ensure alignment between customer demand, supply chain capabilities and financial/sales forecasts.
Key duties:
· Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation including sales and marketing, logistics and supply chain to help ensure demand of products meet capacity
· Interpreting and analysing predicted future sales forecasts, tracking profit targets and reviewing store promo data.
· Keeping data up to date – eg Live risk and opps forecast
· Translating data into graph and PowerPoint decks to be presented to wider stakeholder
· Review processes with an open mind and seek ways to streamline, develop and optimise current tasks and ways of working
· Monitor and analyse KPI data and suggest corrective measure for continuous improvement
· Support colleagues and senior leaders with projects
· Providing and presenting information to stakeholder
· General admin support to the team
You will need:
· Excellent attention to detail. Yes you see this a lot in job ads but for this role it is absolute key.
· Data analysis skills -able to interpret data, report and spot errors and inconsistencies
· Strong administration and organisational skills
· Strong experience of using excel for business use
· Confident communicator – ability to influence stakeholders and present analytical information in a clear way

Where, when and pay?
The role will be based initially at the UK Head office in Leeds with opportunity for Hybrid working after time. (Some opportunity for UK and European travel)
Part time - 15 hours per week (opportunity for extra hours out of term time)
Start date: Summer 2025
End date: On going (the employer is seeking at least one years commitment. For this reason, this role would not suit current/recent graduates) )
Pay: £12.21
