Based on client site in Leeds, LS2 - it will be based in the University Campus, Leeds.
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (you’ll be working 20-30 mins every hour)

You must be able to commit to the full period of 2 weeks and be able to get yourself to Leeds independently via public or your own transport

Job description:

You will be responsible for conducting desk audits on hand-held touch screen tablets (supplied), which show CAD drawings, of floorplans for the building and area you are responsible for. The surveys are non-intrusive, and you will not need to interrupt anyone while they are working to get the information needed. All you need to do is tap each desk on the device to register one of the categories in the drop down. You will survey every desk once an hour. You will also survey shared areas using slightly different categories. Offices, meeting rooms and break out space.

Required for this role:

• Able to use an electronic device such as a tablet – you will be documenting observations on a device such as a tablet to complete this role.
• The ability to identify and interpret coloured images on a tablet screen.
• Able to read floor plans – you will be reading a detailed floor plan on an electronic tablet for this role, which means we require you to be able to read where you are on a floor plan.
• Time keeping – this role requires exquisite time keeping, as it is necessary the walk arounds of the building are carried out on the hour, every hour, of the day for the set times given.
• Punctual – it is important you arrive with plenty of time before the first walk around to the building, to allow for parking and signing in (when required) to the building.
• Professional – you will need to have a professional manner to fulfil this role. It involves observing work points (Desks), offices where people are working and meeting rooms. So, you will need to be able to be professional, and be polite if anyone engages in conversation.
