As a HR Student Assistant, you will work alongside your studies and play a pivotal role in shaping our HR function, making a real impact on our organisation.

THE EMPLOYER
As an HR Student Assistant, your contributions will be instrumental in supporting various HR initiatives within the business. You will report to the Employee Relations Manager and be supported by the Employee Relations Advisors and your work will directly contribute to the success of our recognition scheme, mentorship program, and employee promise agenda. Additionally, you will be involved in HR administration tasks, taking notes during meetings and assisting with ad-hoc project work.

Hybrid - Remote and in Office - In office days Mon, Tues or Weds preferably (10 min bus ride from Leeds city centre)
Part-time - up to 16 hours per week throughout the year (flexible around study commitments)
Start date: March 2025
Duration: Up to 12 months (University Student)
Pay: £11.44/hr
