The University of Leeds’ Digital Education Service is an award-winning provider of online education through global platforms. The Digital Education Service has worked with a strategic partner of the University of Leeds to develop a suite of courses, 10,000 Women online, on the Coursera platform.
Role Title: Portuguese Digital Education Officer
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
· Providing online support for a global community of Portuguese-speaking learners
· Monitoring discussion forums on the Coursera e-learning platform
· Supporting online events such as webinars, including pre and post-event communication, and facilitation
· Responding efficiently and professionally to email enquiries
· Translating learner communications (e.g. email campaigns)
· Scheduling and hosting interviews with members of a global community of alumni
· Providing written case studies for members of the alumni community
· Following processes for sending email communications through an email management system (Mailchimp)
· Maintaining a database of learner and alumni contacts in Mailchimp
· Creating and translating social media posts for an exclusive online networking platform

Where, when and pay?
The role will be Hybrid
Part time - Upto 10hr/week (flexible based on client requirements)
Pay: University Grade 5
Proposed start date : 3rd Feb 2025
End date : Expected until July 2025
