We offer carefully crafted solutions to support businesses in the digital marketplace and our industry-leading outsourcing service aims to maximise our clients social influence and ensure that their Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction goals are achieved in line with their in-house strategies.

Who we are looking for?

This is a great opportunity for someone with a flair for social media, customer service and marketing to join our ambitious and growing team.

A degree or background in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or Customer Service is preferable.

Excellent grammatical skills are essential and an understanding of Facebook Ad Manager is desirable.

Two other core skills are communications and organisation. You will need to communicate with your clients and peers and collaboration is key to being successful in the role.

In terms of organisation and time management, you will have lots of clients with different businesses, social audiences, preferences and objectives – working effectively is going to be necessary.

Finally, you need an ability to have fun! Curtis Gabriel offers an exciting challenge and so we also like to play hard in order to make sure we offer the best service to our clients.

What’s Involved

  • Interactivity – Responding to posts and messages, remembering tone and client objectives.
  • Engagement – Use hashtags and targeted posts to engage with audience and influencers.
  • Listening – Monitor relevant keywords for customer service inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Customer Service – Deal with inbound customer service inquiries.
  • Sales and Marketing – Spot an opportunity and guide it through to a lead or conversion for the client.
  • Sponsored ads - Using relevant paid techniques to drive desirable client results on mainstream social channels.
  • Relationship Management – Communicate with clients and manage the relationship.
  • Crisis Management – Be prepared for the unexpected, crisis rarely strikes at a convenient time.
