Marketing Admin Assistant

Five Create is an innovative product design agency. From the ground up we design and re-engineer consumer goods to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. Researching materials, rethinking manufacturing and elevating supply chains to create greater value for our clients and their customers.

We have already designed and brought to market multiple industry-changing innovations, which we continue to retail through our own e-commerce platforms and deliver globally through a selection of distribution and retail partners.

This role will be varied and give the successful applicant the opportunity to learn in depth about both marketing, product design and sustainable business. 

Key Responsibilities

▪      Assist with social media channels.

▪      Support the Marketing Team with ongoing projects and day to day tasks.

▪      Research and contact influencers to set up partnerships.

▪      Help with the fulfilment of products when required.

▪      Communicate on a daily basis with the Marketing Team and Company Directors

▪      Meet and exceed company KPI’s across the company’s portfolio of products, showing continual learning and improvement.

▪      At times, communicate with our followers and customers across all our channels

General Responsibilities

▪      Using software including but not limited to: Podio, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Shopify, Wix, WordPress.

▪      Ensuring that internal systems and records are kept up to date.

▪      General office admin including updating the systems, preparing and sending emails, answering queries and telephone calls.

▪      Monitoring trends in the world of digital marketing and product design and identifying any possible opportunities.
