Our client is looking for multiple french speakers to join their team of customer service advisors. There are both full time and part-time roles available at their offices here in Yorkshire.
The role is taking inbound calls from customers in France regarding potential faulty appliances.
You will be giving the customer information to customers regarding their appliance and logging service calls if required for an engineers visit.
You will also be making outbound called to customers once the job has been completed to see if they were happy with the service.
No knowledge of appliances is necessary as full training is given
