This is a new role within our Help and Support Service. You will be dealing with a broad range of email and telephone enquiries to the service, which could include anything from general information to challenging personal circumstances. You will also be providing key administrative support within the service to your colleagues.
You must be able to work within a team and offer a high quality service in all your interactions. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to manage and prioritise varying work demands.
