Leeds University Union is a charity that helps over 38,000 students love their time at Leeds. Located at the heart of campus, the Union is a space to meet people, make new friends and get involved.
The Student Activities Team provides support to over 330 Clubs and Societies, to encourage and promote co-curricular engagement whilst studying at University.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to assist with the administration requirements of the Student Activities Department, whilst also offering a high quality of service being the first point of contact for visitors to the office.
As a Student Activities Administrator, you will be supporting events such as Freshers’ Week and Varsity, be responsible for maintaining the Clubs and Societies web pages, advising on and booking transport for society trips and socials, and note taking for the Activities Exec Panel; our 13 elected Activities Reps.
