The Digital Education Service has a large portfolio of online courses on a range of platforms, providing online education to learners worldwide. We are committed to ensuring that all of our content is accessible for all learners.
This role will involve the testing and editing of digital documentation used with online learning to ensure assets meet with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines. You will perform accessibility checks on a range existing digital course documents using a combination of automated tools and manual review to identify areas where documentation does not meet the required standard. Where shortfalls exist, you will be responsible for making the necessary updates to documents to ensure compliance with the standard.
You will be provided with training and guidance to support this activity.
