Job Title: Account Manager (must be able to speak German and English) Location: Keighley Work Pattern: Monday to Friday – Days – 40 hours per week Salary: Starting Salary £29K per Annum.  OTE £35K (target structure) Duties will include the following Responsibility for all account activities in assigned accounts or regions and full customer liaison. This includes but is not limited to: Bespoke engineering orders, parts orders, approvals, survey requests, and quotation requests. Record all communications to dealers via NetSuite Responsibility of logging all orders accurately on NetSuite and following through order process to completion with full customer liaison where required. This will include checking order feasibility by liaising with different departments and finding solutions where necessary. Inform customers if solutions proposed are not feasible and advise on most suitable configurations. Maintain information in NetSuite on activity. Ensure all new accounts are brought on in line with company policy. Follow up NetSuite status reports being sent with a weekly phone call to customer contact to chase approvals and advise customers on order book progress and planned deliveries. Ensure dealers carry spare parts. Ensure that all paperwork where required is completed accurately and recorded on NetSuite. Prepare reports on activity and monthly reports for monthly 1-1’s. Translate all marketing information where applicable for communication to dealers. Comply with requests from marketing to delivering the company marketing strategy. Provide cover for other account managers as and when required. Assist with export activities and compliance Carry out duties compatible with this job and the employee's individual skills as required by management. Skills Experience in a sales and/or account management role Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and targets Strong interpersonal skills Experience in a manufacturing background is desirable Fluency in English is essential and German is essential
