We employ a Wellbeing Team to support our son, who is a young adult who has an Autism Spectrum Condition, learning disability and epilepsy. We are always keen to hear from motivated and ambitious people who would like to join our team and have employed undergraduate students and recent graduates from Leeds University since 2003. Many of our team have gone on to develop successful careers as teachers, researchers, clinical and educational psychologists and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapists.

Our roles are suitable for anyone wishing to develop a career in psychology, education or health and social care. They are particularly suited to recent graduates who plan to study the clinical psychology doctorate and are looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience prior to applying.

All our team members receive comprehensive training and ongoing support is available from a range of professionals, with regular opportunities to contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings. There is also scope for progression, with opportunities to develop your leadership skills by taking on team leader responsibilities, depending on skills and experience.
