AJ Recruitment is a recruitment agency working within the social care sector across the North. We are working with a variety of organisations across the area including support for those with Autism, Learning Difficulties, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health. We have helped support students previously, helping them gain valuable work-place experience, without disrupting their studies. One of the main benefits of working as an agency worker is that staff are able to pick and choose their own hours. It is usually that our students take 3-4 months off around exam season to focus on this, and then work through their breaks from University.
