We do this to improve the employment chances of young people and support businesses in developing their talent pipeline.

Our online platform connects educators with employers and volunteers from diverse backgrounds to provide career inspiration to young people through meaningful encounters that are backed up by the latest evidence and are outlined in national education standards on careers guidance.

Our mission is to prepare students for the rapidly changing world of work - and give all young people a great start in life, no matter their background.
