Yorkshire Universities (YU) is an action-oriented regional partnership of 12 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The member institutions of YU are: Leeds Arts University; Leeds Conservatoire; Leeds Beckett University; Leeds Trinity University; Sheffield Hallam University; University of Bradford; University of Huddersfield; University of Hull; University of Leeds; University of Sheffield; University of York; and York St John University.

YU has a shared commitment to strengthen the contribution of universities and higher education institutions to the economic, social and civic well-being of people and places in Yorkshire. Our membership represents the diverse ecosystem of higher education in Yorkshire. Each member brings a unique voice and perspective, allowing us to work in a way that is truly representative of our region. We are driven by a passion and belief in the power and potential of Yorkshire and its global connections and aspirations. We use our combined voice as a higher education powerhouse with the determination to change our region for the better.
