The Scottish Centre for Food Development and Innovation was establish in 2014 in response to the growth of Scotland’s food and drink industry. We are a team of qualified and experienced food scientists, nutritionists and sensory specialists.
We carry out projects with food and drink companies, with industry partners and other academic institutions. Our industrial clients range from small start-ups to large enterprises.
Our services are divided into; Food and Drink Innovation, Consumer Insight and Sensory Analysis and Food Industry Training.
