We are currently looking for Seasonal Team Members to join our teams to work the busy peak trading time from beginning November to end of December; these are fixed term contracts, both full time and part time hours available. Please note that you will be required to work throughout the Christmas Week. Roles Include:
- Sales Consultants, Fashion
- Sales Consultants, Foodmarket
- Stockmovement Pickers / on-line orders fulfilment assistants
Hours Available:
- 40 hours per week
- 32 hours per week
- 24 hours per week
- 16 hours per week
As the first point of contact you will be engaging with our customers providing them expert advice. You will approach every customer with the sole purpose of serving their every need whilst making it a fun and enjoyable 5* experience.
What you will be doing
- Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales, and delivering memorable customer experiences
- Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via the telephone or email
- Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
- Handle all point of sale transactions (Sales Consultants only)
- Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
- Be flexible to work weekends and evenings and over holiday and peak periods.
Stockmovement Teams
- Pick and process all store fulfilled orders from the shop floor in line with current SLA's stipulated in Company Policy and Procedure for Store Fulfilment.
- Carry out checks of all items picked from the shop floor.
- Ensure all store fulfilled orders are packed to the highest specification as stipulated in the Packing Guidelines.
- Question unavailable stock before submission of a a nil pick.
- Ensure all items received from the Distribution Centre, which form part of a Click and Collect/Click and Try order, are consolidated where appropriate and despatched for collection within set timeframes.
- Ensure all IBT's that contain picks for collection at other sites or for consolidation are picked, packed and despatched within set timeframes and adhere to the enhanced logistics program.
- Be aware of fashion and beauty brands stocked by Harvey Nichols.
- Report to the line manager on performance against Department KPI's.
