Sugarhouse Properties is a Lettings and Property Management company, based in Leeds. We undertake a range of services for our landlord clients offering a let only / tenant find service and full property management including maintenance and rent collection.

We've been recognised nationally as an "Employer of the Year," "Letting Agent of the Year," and "Most Socially Responsible Landlord." We are also one of the highest growth SME's in the UK.

Our emphasis is on both the quality of accommodation that we offer, and also the range of services that we provide for both our landlords and our tenants. We have a high number of student tenants and are recognised as one of the largest independent student accommodation providers in Leeds. We also have a number of professional tenants; an area of the business that is expanding.

We currently manage around 300 properties, mostly larger shared student residences, and also let around 200 "let only" properties each year. In total we have housed around 2,000 individual tenants over the last 12 months.

Most of our student and shared professional accommodation is fully bills inclusive.
