SUPPORT WORKER NEEDED – Wetherby 6 hours per week @ £12.40 per hour to support a teenager with Autism and ADHD training will be provided.  DBS & references will be taken up 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata per annum Job purpose: ·         You will be supporting a young man aged 15 who enjoys gaming, spending time outdoors, swimming and spending time with animals including the family pets – dogs and ferrets. ·         The young man has a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD.  He is an engaging and chatty individual with a vivid imagination, a great sense of humour and a curious/enquiring personality. Main duties: Social duties , for example, support to: ·         Keep in touch and socialise with family and friends ·         Attend medical appointments ·         Attend social events such as a gaming café or the cinema Personal care , for example, support with encouraging him to shower, shave, clean teeth, take medication....
