Our Leeds branch (LS27) is looking for reliable passionate and experienced Home Care Assistants to join our team supporting our clients in the community providing personal and person-centred care to assist people to live independently in their own homes and improve their lives. Duties & responsibilities will include:- Assisting clients with day to day living activities Clinical interventions (training provided if needed) Moving and handling Medication prompting/assistance Meal preparation Emotional support/companionship Clients include the elderly, end of life care and supporting people with physical or learning disabilities. There may also be opportunities to support clients with complex care needs.
